Dense Phase Conveying for Coarse Bulk Materials

The Clyde Denseveyor is designed to reliably transport coarse, granular and pelletised materials that are difficult to handle using conventional pneumatic conveying systems. Operating in low-velocity, dense-phase mode, the system provides stable plug flow and dependable conveying performance.

Originally developed for demanding industrial environments, the Denseveyor has proven capable of handling a wide range of challenging materials while maintaining high conveying efficiency, low material degradation and excellent system reliability.

Key Advantages

  • Designed for coarse, non-fluidisable bulk materials
  • Low velocity dense phase conveying
  • Energy-efficient high phase density operation
  • Proven Clyde Dome Valve isolation technology
  • Density Stabilisers (air boosters) to maintain stable plug flow and prevent pipeline blockages
  • Factory assembled and pre-wired to minimise site installation

Product Specifications:

  • Conveying Mode: Dense Phase
  • Vessel Size Range: 0.08 – 2.8 m³
  • Conveying Capacity: 1 – 50 tph
  • Conveying Distance: Up to 300 m
  • Conveying Velocity: Low velocity
  • Typical Installation: Single material collection point

Denseveyor systems operate at high phase density, making them among the most energy-efficient pneumatic conveying solutions available.

Typical Materials Handled

The Clyde Denseveyor is designed to convey coarser, non-fluidisable bulk materials that are difficult to handle using conventional pneumatic conveying technologies. Operating in low-velocity, dense-phase mode, the system transports materials gently while minimising degradation and pipeline wear.
